To some, talking about what is and isn’t volunteering may seem like a lot of hot air. But as government policies evolve, organisations develop new types of activity under the guise of volunteering and the motivations of volunteers change, it’s more important than ever to work out what’s in and what’s out. In IVR’s first Working Paper we set out to do exactly that.
