Aims

The aim of this project is to provide a background to volunteering in health and social care and highlight successful practice in order to supplement and enhance the Department of Health’s Volunteering Strategy and provide inspiration and practical guidance to organisations within the sector.

Methods

The methodology will be made up of a literature review and case studies of successful practice.
