Helen Beazer
Helen leads on OCS’ work on volunteering, focusing specifically on turning the civil service into a civic service and working with other government departments on policy and programmes related to volunteering. Helen has worked in the Cabinet Office for eight years and has a policy background in public service reform. She has also worked for local government (Wesminster City Council) and started her career as a research assistant at the New Policy Institute. Helen was educated at Sciences-Po and Cambridge University.
Helen is currently on maternity leave.
